1. TEPLO

Teplo is our meeting point for the following scheduled tours:

Restaurant Teplo is a great spot tucked into the backyard of the House Of Composers, right around the corner from the St Isaac's Cathedral. Excellent menu, very reasonably priced, and most importantly fabulous atmosphere, both at the inside area and their summer terrace. We reckon it is the best restaurant in town. Teplo means warmth in Russian. Show up for any scheduled tour and get a free cup of tea or coffee with a home-made biscuit.

How to get there: Nearest metro stations are Nevsky Prospekt and Sadovaya/Sennaya/Spasskaya. Trolleybuses 5 and 22, and buses 22 and 27 get you there from anywhere along Nevsky - take one in the direction of St Isaac's and get off when you see the St Isaac's Cathedral. There are dozens of hotels around St Isaac's - chances are you're staying at one of them, and then it's a short walk to Teplo.

2. INTERNATIONAL HOSTEL

International Hostel is our meeting point for the following scheduled tours:
The Original Peterswalk, running daily (except May 27)

This is the first hostel in Russia, a Hostelling International member. Online reservations and visa support, friendly English-speaking staff.

Our meeting point is immediately outside the reception area - look for our sign on the wall in the corridor. Ask the hostel receptionist for a copy of our brochure.

How to get there: the nearest metro station is Ploschad Vosstania/ Mayakovskaya. It will take you approximately 10-12 minutes to walk to the hostel from the metro station. The hostel is clearly signposted in English.

NB! There's currently major roadwork on Third Sovietskaya st - the place is a complete mess.

3. SKAT PROKAT BIKE SHOP

Skat Prokat is our meeting point for the following scheduled tours:

Address: 7, Goncharnaya ulitsa.
Walk under the gate and into the courtyard - the bike shop is on the right-hand side.

How to get there: the nearest metro station is Ploschad Vosstania/ Mayakovskaya. It will take you approximately 5-8 minutes to walk to Skat Prokat from the metro station.

4. SOUL KITCHEN HOSTEL

The most popular hostel in St Petersburg. This meeting point is used for our Friday Night Pub Crawl, running every Friday in May-August, 2010. The tour starts 20:00, click on this link for details.
